Tolerance Analysis

The purpose of the tolerance analysis is to ensure the connection of the part is able to fit. If the analysis was not conducted there might be some part are not able to move such as the backrest and footrest. The part might not be able to rotate and thus the purpose of designing the prototype would be fail

Without the tolerance the process of manufacturing might not be able to be done. Tolerance is to determine exactly how much room for error you have when you manufacture each part.
